What a great kick back brew night and amazing way to unwind after some busy weeks so I was totally destressed for Gilmore the next night! I'm sure I would have enjoyed that concert even if there were people poking me with hot pointy sticks the whole time but having a nice relaxing brew night just before definately did NOT detract :D

That cream ale sure took it's own sweet time - and having finally tasted it this past friday at J's birtday party I can say it was worth the wait! I was going to say something about not knowing why it took that long as the first few I drank I sure didn't taste much alcohol...but based on how I ended up at the end of that night...it was definately in there and the time mellowed it nicely!

Not a big fan of the raspberry wheat myself...but I'm itching for that Pale Ale as we've done far too few of them this year!

Will we keep brewing all summer? No-one knows yet...but if we do I can guarantee I'll be coming up with an all grain PA to do a 10 gallon batch of so we don't run out anytime too soon!
